45度から、40度の3cmぐらいのギャップが2mごとにある斜面(菅平天狗Aコース 圧雪済みの午前中 1月)

SLの振り幅の小さい デュアルレースのセットより1m振っているセットを滑る気持ちで10ターンすると、心拍数が150ぐらいになる。

W杯では、5Gのターンが連続して20ぐらいあるので、心拍数は200程度で滑ることになると思う。筋力もスクワットを全力でやりながら、技術的なコントロールをすることになるんだろう。

従って、それぐらいのフィジカルが無いと、勝つ見込みがない。
